HBLA is being trusted with the urban study on the Hameau Stadium area in Pau, France, in collaboration with Patrick Arotcharen (lead architect), Adélaïde and AltoStep.
HBLA wins the urban project management for the Bois-Perrin neighborhood in Rennes, France. The team is composed of Particules (urban design - lead), ZEFCO, SOJA Architecture, IN4 and Cuesta.
